  Funky and delicious, with a large menu for such a small restaurant, and limited but tasty vegetarian options. Great place for a hearty and healthy lunch or dinner. Convenient location, street parking is not too bad. Good for kids, families and visitors. A fun local spot the locals have known about for years.

  The best little secret in Nanaimo ( well maybe not a secret ). Have been going here for years, even driving an hour just to eat here! Anyone asks where is a good place to eat in Nanaimo..this place is my first response!! Fresh, flavourful and very reasonably priced! You won't leave hungry ;-)

  I'm a very picky eater, yet coming to aladdins I can eat anything of the menu! The restaurant is very comfortable, staff are super sweet and the food is exquisite my favourite dishes are the vegetarian plate, and their lamb (which was a special) lamb is my favourite but it's hard to find someone who makes good lamb, aladdins does. They also have rose pudding for desert witch was something I've never heard of but it was delighful and is currently my favourite desert. They give huge portions for a great price, the staff are super friendly and so is the owner, they make you feel right at home! It's a treasure in this town.
