  Of all the McDonald's in Nanaimo, this is the worst. Constant order errors and the drive thru system is awful. Have gotten sick a couple times at this location and refuse to go back.

  Line up area for customers to place their orders is poorly designed. You either stand outside in the cold or stand in between diners eating their food in the dining area. Cashiers are slow and cook staff even slower.
