  Nanaimo Smittys on 10th. Terrible food service. Arrived at noon, and ordered two veggy burgers with no mayo & cheese. They took 45 minutes to prepare our order, and still put mayo on it. Sent it back to the kitchen, and they moved the mayo covered pattys onto a dry bun. I am beside myself. I have never had any issues with Parksville Smittys with their chefs. They have always been accomodating with my dietary needs. I don't recommend going to Nanaimo on 10th if you expect the kitchen staff to read the order. Or take their job seriously.
