  it's 24/7,and at 3 am if you just wanna hot chocolate or coffee,they have outlets under a couple of tables for u to charge your phone,using your plug in adapter or they have the usb right there as well.They allow u the time to sit.They have friendly staff and down to earth atmosphere.Its a place I know I can go to by myself ,have something from the menu and be on my smart phone or my laptop (charging ) and spend a few hours .Its just comfortable.

  Honestly they shoyld give up the food and stick with coffee because 9 out of 10 times they do not have what you would like. Often making you change your order for you after you've already paid because they are out of something and weren't communicating with people on cash. If your wanting anything other than drinks I don't advise the drive through unless your OK with time consuming question and answer of finding out what they actually have after they don't have the first 3 options you try. I feel terrible for the staff because they are consistently taking heat for most menu items not being available and it's not necessarily their fault. Better organization needs to happen here. The staff are very nice people and they are clearly doing their best with what they're given. If it wasn't for them I would drive the extra 15 min to another location every time.
  BTW The wedge fries are freakin fabulous when they have them!

  Never have anytime in stock, don't tell you until you get to the window that its not in stock. Never updated with the newest "specials" and the drive through takes a lot longer than any of the others in town- poor prep of food and often comes out cold/ a mess.... window staff are courteous though.

  Again today holy hell!!!!!!!
  2 sausage egg biscuts, sausage belt on herb and cheese bagel 50 pack of tim bits.
  I repeated the order at the window to the old guy and the black guy on drive thru.

  I am so doing something about this. Clearly customer service is not working at this location.
  So I repeat the order back to them. The black guy and the old guy staired at the screen and confirmed it.
  I got a sausage and egg on a bagel. No belt!!
  I totally could see the first time. Called the store. Again then confirmed it. What the hell gives????
  
  Not all the time but sometime the ladies during the days do not listen to the customer or interrupt the customer when ordering.
  This drives me insane. Very frustrating!
  Okay so this is enough. I spoke with Brian on the phone. I didnt dare ask for donuts because they never have enough.
  I ask for tim bits. I asked for assorted. I got honey cruller, choc glaze, honey glaze. Whe. I asked what he had it was lits more than that.
  I also spoke to hinm abiut runing out kf food all the time.
  If you cannot supply your full menu then just serve coffee.
  Feom now on i will be recording all drive through visits. I will be posting on your website the out comes. I have no idea how to help you be better. All is i knkw i love Tims but i am so done. Maybe it takes people loosing jobs to be better. Thwre are no excuses anymore.
